We offer guided horseback experiences for wedding parties and guests, including one-of-a-kind beach rides, bridal entry rides, reception rides for kids and adults, and pre-wedding day excursion rides through Glendo State Park or on-site. Waves of Wyoming offers a variety of services and experiences to make your wedding weekend seamless and memorable. Guests can arrange grocery delivery for a stocked fridge prior to arrival through Glendo Trading Post (3-day notice required) or enjoy a chartered pontoon boat with lunch via B&A Marina.
Yes. We provide tables, chairs, and white table linens for your rehearsal dinner, which will be set up prior to your arrival. The rehearsal dinner space can accommodate up to 50 guests.
Couples may choose to cook on-site or bring in a caterer.
We offer two primary wedding packages:
Micro Wedding Package: Up to 50 guests indoors or outdoors
Essential Outdoor Package: Outdoor weddings for guest counts of 51 to 300+.
Your booking includes exclusive use of the property for your rehearsal dinner and wedding day celebration, with access to designated indoor and/or outdoor ceremony and reception spaces depending on your package. Tables, chairs, and white table linens are included.

Yes! Couples are free to bring in their own vendors so long as they are licensed and insured. To make planning a breeze, we are also happy to provide you with a list of vendors that service our venue! We do require couples to secure day-of event liability insurance.
When staying on-site, you’ll have 3-day access to the venue.
Event windows for off-site guests are based off your selected wedding package:
Micro Package (50):
Rehearsal Dinner: 7 hours
Wedding Day Celebration: 10 hours
Essential Package (50+):
Rehearsal Dinner: 5 hours
Wedding Day Celebration: 8 hours
Events must conclude by 10:30 PM, with all non-lodging guests off the property by this time. Vendors must depart by 11:30 PM unless prior written approval is granted.
We are actively building a 50’ x 80’ ceremony pavilion, scheduled for completion prior to Summer 2026, providing covered protection for outdoor celebrations. For smaller gatherings, our indoor space can accommodate up to 50 guests in accordance with fire code regulations.
